Hannah Forryan
Architectural Assistant
Hannah joined Claridge Architects in 2021 after completing her RIBA Part 1 qualification at Kingston University, where she received a RIBA award for her graduating portfolio. She later achieved her Part 2 qualification at the London School of Architecture.
Her Master’s thesis explored proactive design strategies to address the future challenges of the climate crisis and housing shortages. The project focused on creating a masterplan for 768 medium-density homes, integrated with a hemp manufacturing plant within a biodiverse landscape. By enhancing the site’s natural strengths, the design aimed to reduce reliance on destructive systems and establish a sustainable, symbiotic relationship between the land and the community. In her spare time, Hannah is an avid plant collector and amateur gardener.
