Residential-led mixed use scheme of over 150 residential homes in a regeneration area.
Located in the London Borough of Southwark, the scheme sits within an ongoing regeneration programme which will transform the area, over the next 20 years, increasingly becoming part of Central London. Such changes rely upon the extension of the Bakerloo Line, with one of the new stations being located next to the proposal site. The scheme will generate more than 150 residential homes with commercial on ground floor
The scheme is formed of a commercial ground floor plinth with three residential towers with heights of 6, 11 and 19 storeys and a high quality urban landscape strategy establishing an appropriate balance between built form and a variety of green spaces. The scheme responding to current site conditions and southwark councils vision. The two distinct forms consist of a universal grid elevation with a mixture of red brick and pigmented pre-cast concrete. A ground floor plinth, unified in its materiality, establishes the urban public space surrounding while providing raised amenity space for the apartments above.
