Located in North West London within the London Borough of Brent, 196 Willesden Lane is a prominent corner site at the junction between Willesden Lane and Coverdale Road. Claridge Architects were appointed to replace the existing building with a design led residential development. Sensitively responding to the urban grain the scheme consists of nine residential apartments and two separate town houses.

This restrained palette of warm grey stock brick precast stone and anthracite zinc will engage with surrounding neighbours in terms of the colours and tones but will differentiate itself through the use of clean, contemporary architecturally detailing to make the most of it’s prominent corner setting.
